Technology Company Roost and real estate social media has introduced a premium version of its social network marketing strategic toolkit last week.
The Roost Social Media Toolkit contains a Facebook publishing scheduler where in Roost Publisher and a Facebook “Real Estate” tab that permits users to flaunt local market data and listings. The application is absolutely free and today more than 25,000 users are utilizing this kind to toolkit according to the company.
The company also publicizes additional features in the coming months.

How to do a successful blogging?
1. Don’t be dogmatic: Readers want facts and information, not what happened to you yesterday. Readers need information, great facts in an honest and serious form.
2. Be unique: Think of a unique way to say what you are going to say.
3. Drama is equal to good blogging: A tease. Great example of this is so called “Secret Agent, next blog is called “Real Estate’s Witness Protection Program”
4. If you have a long blog, don’t hesitate to put “to be continued”: create a series for the readers coming back.
5. It should have a flow like music: Avoid repetition of words, try to use thesaurus. Also use rich action words.
6. Be human: Admit your errors to readers. Go and deal with it. Inform and exchange. That is a successful blogging!

According to National Association of Realtors survey of buyers and sellers, first-time homebuyers accounted about half of all home sales from July 2009 to June 2010.
It is in fact the premier share of first-time-buyer purchases in the survey history way back to year 1981. First time buyers retorting to the said survey made up 47 percent of the 2009 sales.
According to county records, the transactions took place between July 2009 and June 2010 that the 2010 NAR Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers based on 8,449 answers to a survey sent to sellers and homebuyers nationwide.
